  Honestly I wouldn't even given them a star. Last night around 9pm my mom went in and got the 15 dollar family bundle box. She ordered it and got it, as she was walking out the handle broke on the box and FELL on the ground. So she went to go get new food and the told her that "It's fine, it's still in the box." If food falls on the ground even if it's still wrapped up they are supposed to give you didn't food, but instead they put that box in a different box. My mom got in an argument with one of the managers. She was tired and didn't want to deal with it and left. When she got home she grabbed the box by the handle and it broke AGAIN. Lucky she caught it before it hit the ground. When she opened the box the food was ICE COLD. We live 2 minutes away. How hard is it to make fresh food and make your customers happy. This is the worst experience from any mcdonald's that my family has ever had!

  EVERY TIME I GO HERE THEY SCREW UP MY ORDER. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. Their employees all need to be fired. Most of them must not be able to read. Let them try to get 15.00 an hour and then we can replace them with machines that won't screw up my order. Oh and last time I went inside to ensure they didn't screw up my order, I witnessed one of the employees cooking in the back pick his nose, eat it, and then continue assembling the sandwiches. Avoid this place at all costs. There is a McDonald's in Middlebury, Goshen, and Elkhart on CR 17. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to go to another one.
